Thor (Chris Hemsworth) readies for another battle.

It’s not too soon to start getting hyped up for the second phase of the Avengers initiative, is it?

Walt Disney announced a number of updates on their record-breaking franchise including the not-too shocking announcement that “Thor: The Dark World” will be arriving on Nov. 8, 2013 in 3D.  The 2011 original had some 3D elements, but it wasn’t essential to the experience. I’m hoping this second go-round, the filmmakers will really go nuts with making it a complete 3D experience.
