Mattel has officially confirmed the lineups for several rumored waves including the highly anticipated Elite 43 featuring one of the WWF’s all-time greatest tag teams.
The Hart Foundation (Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart)
Alberto Del Rio
I’ll happily take another ADR and Kofi for the first four. Joe is definitely a must-add for any longtime fan and Owens is arguably the most consistent heel in the WWE since his arrival in NXT. The Hart Foundation are a no-brainer. They’re in my Top 5 best tag teams and this has been a duo I’ve long been awaiting adding to the collection.
Becky Lynch (finally Becky Lynch comes to my Divas collection. Cue her theme song)
Sid Justice (this one is the most intriguing of this lineup especially if it features the longer hair mullet style that could double for a Four Horsemen era Sid Vicious)
Paul Heyman (for all of us struggling to assemble Paul Bearer with the Wal-Mart exclusive set — darned Neville! — this could be a way to finally put Uncle Paul together)
Baron Corbin (another NXT star gets a Basic debut. Unlike the Divas, I can patiently wait for a potential Elite release. Corbin’s tattoos seem like they’d be pretty bare boned on a Basic version)
Alberto Del Rio
Charlotte & Ric Flair (this should give us a more colorful attire for Charlotte and I’m thinking a tie-less Flair would make for an excellent nWo era Ted DiBiase.)
The Dudley Boyz (I’m fine with the modern versions here as I want Flashbacks for the Elite line)
The Vaudevillains (Aiden English and Simon Gotch)
