Avengers rip off X-Men #1 in new 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' poster

The X-Men barely exist at Marvel these days since Marvel Studios can’t bring them back in the fold, but that doesn’t mean they can’t still be used for inspiration…

For a series of covers for EW, The Avengers, including new recruits The Vision, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, are facing off against Ultron, who is in a very familiar position in the classic X-Men #1 cover.

You can collect the four covers to recreate the image, which hopefully will also get released in full poster form because it’s too cool not to get.
