Great looking trailer, hey I’ve got both Han Sol and Chewbaca Hot Toys figures on PO haha. Jeff there certainly is movie life after AOU, i know we’ve both through out some numbers on these films. In both 2012 & 2013 3 films grossed over 400 million domestic, this year we just might see two films top 500 million domestic which has certainly never happened in the same year before. But i have one question, what the hell are WB thinking releasing the Batman/Superman trailer around the same time as ‘Force Awakens’ haha, i don’t get it. They should have stuck with their original plan and released the trailer in front of “Mad Max”. Don’t get me wrong now I’m excited about seeing both of them, but why would you want to compete with the ‘Star Wars 7’ trailer and have to at best share the spotlight when you could have it all to yourself releasing it a few weeks later.
I’m getting them too my friend.
I know we’re going to see two $500M films for sure. I’m wondering where Spectre, HG: Mockingjay Pt. 2 will stand when the dust settles.
I too can not wait until I see it. When I was in New Zealand I toured the WETA STUDIOS with these guys who did not think much of the STAR WARS films. I do hope the story line is enthralling as they have been in the previous STAR WARS films. My main point to those guys LUCAS gives you more than great special effects. The tells you a tale on high adventure with characters that capture your interest and make pull for them. You find yourself on the edge of seat several times during these works of Art. Children, adults and teenagers are entertained by them.
I can’t even describe how I felt watching this trailer. I watched it for the first time at work, leaning towards my computer because the speakers are so tiny, I could barely hear anything but by the end I was running around the library alerting everyone to the existence of the new trailer. i got nothing done that night LOL. Now to figure out if I can get to a midnight showing
Incredible.
Who thought that a new Star Wars could be such an exciting notion?
Dude, I’m really looking forward to it. Never thought I’d see another one!
Give a real perspective on how large a Super Star Destroyer really was.
It did! That sucker was massive!
“Chewie, we’re home”…. how can you not tear up or be in absolute glee over that moment?
:-) I geeked out but during the movie I’ll probably tear up.
I know… there is nothing wrong with that. I don’t care what anyone says.

Exactly Pierre. This is one that has worldwide appeal and I know so many people all over are looking forward to it. When does it open in your area?

Well it’s almost 8 months to go so at least you have plenty of time left to plan for attending that midnight screening.
:-) I can’t wait either. I may be bouncing in my seat when the theme comes on in the theater.
