4 WWE stars who could be the next face of RAW after John Cena era
Shield bearers
Why must we have only one face of the brand? Though, naturally, one will always play second fiddle, there’s no reason two (or even three) Superstars can’t rise to the top of the ranks. For several years in the late ‘90s and early 2000s, both the Rock and Austin maintained their star status and unbelievable levels of support from the crowds.
Certainly, the brand split and existence of two top champions has made it much easier to produce more than one star who can hold the spotlight for the foreseeable future. With the massive success of the SHIELD and each member’s impressive singles runs, it takes no industry insider to see the potential to build the brand around both SETH ROLLINS and DEAN AMBROSE.
Seth and Dean are arguably the biggest stars on the rise in the WWE at this moment.
With Dean as top champ on SmackDown and Rollins the number one overall draft pick, it’s no mystery that the WWE has an exceptional amount of faith invested in both men. A non-title Champion vs. Champion showdown, or short series of showdowns, at marquee PPVs will certainly be enough to lock in the longevity of these two as faces of the WWE.
