New clip from Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders

We’re a few weeks out from the home release of Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, but we got a new teaser today.

In it, Batman (voiced by Adam West) and Robin (Burt Ward) have to make sense of a new puzzle by the ever shifty Riddler.

I always loved watching West and Ward crack a Riddler clue so this scene is a fun throwback to my earliest live-action Batman days.

For those of you who can’t wait, Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders is already available on Digital HD. The rest of you have a bit longer to wait as the film arrives on Blu-ray/DVD on Nov. 1. Warner Bros. Animation is high on this one as its world premiere was a major attraction at this year’s New York Comic Con. WB also set up some Fathom Events screenings so audiences could see the film on theaters around the United States.

This won’t be the only teaser as WB teased some more reveals including interview clips featuring West, Ward and Julie Newmar, who is voicing Catwoman in the film. Man, I wish Frank Gorshin, Burgess Meredith and Cesar Romero were still with us to also join in on the fun.

I’m really looking forward to this one. It should be a lot of fun. What do you think? Hoping this will deliver more of the classic 1966 Batman goodness?
