Blood Stain Vol. 3

Blood Stain

Elliot Torres isn’t feeling up to her potential and still gets extremely on edge around Dr. Vlad Stein. While he’s away teaching a class, Elly decides to clean his lab. There’s papers all over the floor and old food containers that make the lab smell rancid. When Vlad returns home for an embarrassing experience of him falling asleep while teaching, he is not happy at all with how his lab looks. Serge isn’t happy either; He’s tired of Vlad’s notorious reputation for giving his assistants a hard time.

This series is the kind of read you want when you need a break from the action and horror genres. Elly’s imagination runs wild when she’s nervous and often times imagines Dr. Stein as a dragon and herself as a magical warrior. However, I wanted to see more out theses three volumes because there’s not much information on what exactly he does in the lab much less why there’s blood on his lab coat either. This is still a decent read though and perhaps the first three volumes merely set the tone for what’s to come. I’ll definitely stick around to see how this story ends.
