Warframe #1

Based on a free to play video game, Warframe is the story of powerful warrior ninjas called the Tenno who can utilize ancient, deadly armors called Warframes. In Issue #1 a Tenno ninja arrives in a village under siege by the Grineer, clones of human beings. The Grineer have an intense desire to please their Queens and are on a hunt to retrieve ancient Orokin artifacts. When they see the village has nothing of worth for their Queens, The Grineer begin to kill innocent villagers.

I have heard about this game maybe a year or so ago but never played it and reading the comic book series makes me want to try it. The heavy amount of action and gore pulled me in immediately and hopefully further issues will keep my interest. It reminded me of the Ninja Gaiden video game series and this comic adaptation is worth checking out for fans of the Warframe game and fans of action.
