Curse Words Holiday Special

Curse Words Holiday Special

Most of the cast gets festive in the holiday edition of Image’s Curse Words. Taking place in the past before Wizord comes to Earth, Sizajee offers a rare prize for the victor after a game ic completed. As with any other issue of Curse Words expect fantasy violence and comedy only this time, they gather at the end for a meal like a family.

Curse Words is another release I devour upon arrival and although this issue took a bit of a break from the drama of the main storyline, I still picked up on some hints of personality traits the are very much still relevant. I notice Wizord and Ruby Stitch have a lot more in common than initially presented but in the main storyline, they seem on opposite ends of understanding. Ruby Stitch even has her own kind of selfishness that mirrors, and perhaps rivals, Wizord as she hatches a plan to win the game.

A nice little treat before Valentine’s Day, Curse Words Holiday Special might not be enough to sustain you but certainly is a nice gift for fans. —Pierre Brown
