See John Wesley Shipp’s return as The Flash in Elseworlds crossover
With each new image, I’m getting increasingly excited for the Arrowverse Crossover this December. From Dark Superman, Lois Lane and Batwoman’s debut to Oliver Queen and Barry Allen switching alter egos, there’s something for everyone. And in the latest crazy reveal, we see John Wesley Shipp suiting back up in his 90s Flash attire.
After seven years, this just might be the coolest thing we’ve ever done…@JohnWesleyShipp pic.twitter.com/mmpac4k5YE

The crazy thing about that outfit is Shipp can still rock it without looking ridiculous. Maybe we need to figure out what Dean Cain is up to? I’d definitely geek out for a cameo of Cain in his Lois & Clark Superman outfit.
Due to his schedule with This Is Us, I’m sure it would have been impossible, but how fun would it have been to have had Justin Hartley suit back up as Green Arrow? Or Tom Welling to appear as his non-costumed version of Superman?
The Arrowverse’s big crossover will air Dec. 9-11 with a different release schedule than normal. The Flash swaps spots with Supergirl and will air Sunday, Dec. 9 at 8 p.m. Next up is Arrow in its new time slot of 8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 10 followed by Supergirl airing at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 11.
