Toy Fair 2020: Preview look at All Elite Wrestling figure line

While Toy Fair might be this weekend, it made sense for the debut of the first All Elite Wrestling line to debut on Wednesday.

Wicked Cool Toys and Jazwares revealed its first wave of AEW Unrivaled figure line. According to the release, each wave will have limited edition and rare variant versions. That’s a little troublesome if there’s a cool variant that’s hard to track down.

The first slate of figures features most of AEW’s core stars specifically The Elite minus Hangman Page, which is bound to send him drinking again. I’m impressed by the likenesses and the articulation flow shows a pretty good range of movement even in proto pictures. The solo pictures reveal some accessories, but other photos show that the Unrivaled figures will have multiple hands.

Here’s the lineup:

Naturally Le Champion made the cut. He comes with the AEW championship and microphone. Maybe he’ll also come with a bottle of the bubbly.

One of the Elite’s mainstays clearly was going to be part of the first wave. He comes with the sledgehammer he used to signal a new era of the Wednesday Night Wars.

Nick and Mark Jackson have impressive looking detailed attires. I’m sure they will have an onslaught of variants.

There’s also a Brandi Rhodes figure. This is the one figure where the likeness was a little off, which would be tricky as Brandi is nuclear hot and that always seems hard to translate in figure form.

Finally, there’s going to be an AEW ring. I’m not sold on the scale of it yet, but I like that they’re revealing that early on.
