The Marvel squad had a few new reveals today as they showcased the next wave of Age of Apocalypse figures.
With so many AOA characters it was gonna be hard to throw in a weak character. Legion comes close since he’s not really a part of this series, but I get this was Hasbro’s best attempt to get Legion in a wave that made sense.
I’m just adding the placeholder for now, but after 1 p.m. I’ll throw in the actual links.
Even with Legion, this is a very strong lineup that knocks out most of the remaining A-list characters from AOA. If Hasbro can squeeze out one more wave, we should be able to get Havok, Storm, Banshee, Bishop, Quicksilver, Gambit and a Nemesis BAF.
You can still order the first wave now.

We also got a look at an upgraded Spider-Man 2099 as part of the Spider-Man Retro card series. This figure also has additional hand sculpts.
The guys also showed a digital render of Tigra, a figure long overdue for an upgrade. It was hard to make a lot of firm takes on this figure since it’s a render and Dwight mentioned she’ll have an additional, non-feral head sculpt that could go a long way towards her reception.
Finally, Dwight teased a Meggan figure while showing off a new Lockheed so it’s a certainty now that we’re getting an Excalibur set very soon.
