Hasbro Fantastic Marvel Legends reveals Retro Fantastic Four, X-Force three pack
After a lot of teasing and some not so subtle clues over the weekend, the Hasbro Marvel Legends team finally revealed the retro card Fantastic Four wave and a few other surprises.
First up, was the Fantastic Four wave with a pair of new first time in the line legends in Psycho Man and High Evolutionary. These are two worthwhile villains and mainstays in the Marvel Universe. It’s wild that the FF still has so many viable villains and characters to add to their subset line.
High Evolutionary
Psycho Man
Reed Richards
I love the inclusion of the lab coat. It’s a nice bonus and something Hasbro could probably do for Hank Pym as well. I wish we could get some more stretching accessories, but this is a fun figure.
Sue Storm
I’m not loving Sue’s head sculpt. Maybe I’ll try a hair transplant with one of the other Invisible Woman figures?
The Thing
This is another highlight of the wave with the classic style brow.
The Human Torch
This is more classic style with the black lines throughout his body, which essentially means this will be my default Torch.

These figures will go on sale at 1 p.m. tomorrow
Hasbro Pulse also has a pair of exclusive Fantastic Four figures with an invisible version of Invisible Woman. That’s a nice exclusive and looks cool. I’m glad there’s the option to have both the fully powered down and a completely powered up version.
Johnny Storm will be the other alternate form release although I wish Hasbro went with a more 80s Byrne style head sculpt for him as the contemporary one looks out of place.
On the HasLab Galactus front, we got some new shots of Galactus battling the new Fantastic Four.
Frankie Raye Nova 16,000 backers for her. won’t be re-released in 2022 and maybe won’t see her again…until 2023 or 2024.
You can back the project here. As of today, Galactus is at 11,065 of the required 14,000 backers.
The Hand Ninja army builder will also be going up for pre-order on Pulse tomorrow. I really wish Hasbro went with the original red as I would have army built this figure. I’ve no interest in this black attire.
Finally, Hasbro revealed its latest three pack offering — an X-Force set featuring Cannonball, Domino and Rictor. This is a Pulse and Shop Disney shared exclusive. This set is also going up at 1 p.m. tomorrow.
