SDCC 2022 Mattel WWE Preview Night – WCW AJ Styles, Dingo Warrior, DX Rick Rude
Mattel came out hot for San Diego Comic Con 2022 with its WWE line. While the official panel isn’t until later on Thursday, the preview night offerings were enough to be excited about.
Both Elite 96 and 97 were revealed.

Ruthless Aggression 3 also debuted with Kevin Nash nWo 2002, John Cena and Shelton Benjamin.
The next Survivor Series and Royal Rumble waves were revealed along with the next Build-A-Figures DX Rick Rude and Dok Hendrix.

On the Legends front, Series 17 was revealed with a rerelease of a previous Shawn Michaels from his early heel run in 1992.
The other figures were far more exciting as get a WCW version of AJ Styles as he appeared on the show before its cancellation.
Next up is The Dingo Warrior, The Ultimate Warrior’s World Class Championship Wrestling incarnation before he joined the WWF.
Finally, we get The Corporation version of Ken Shamrock in his signature blue tights as well as a green tights chase version.
For Ultimate Edition collectors there was plenty to be excited about on that front as well.
Bret Hart is the third Ultimate Edition Legends in the Target exclusive line.
Wrestlemania 7 Ultimate Warrior and Lumberjack Brock Lesnar are the next main line wave.
Finally, Mattel debuted a new series exclusive to Mattelcreations.com with its Coliseum Collection. The first is a Ultimate Edition two-pack featuring Hulk Hogan and Terry Funk from their tag team match on Saturday Night’s Main Events.
