For Ep. 260 of Figure Files, I’m finally addressing Norbert The Tank’s question about which cartoon Joes that I’d like to see done in the G.I. Joe Classified Series line.
These choices are for characters that were limited to cartoon Joes and didn’t join Hasbro’s official Real American Hero line.
