McFarlane Toys reveals Superman the Movie 1978 Superman

We knew this was coming but still seeing the McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Collector Edition Superman: The Movie 1978 Superman is pretty cool.

The Superman the Movie figure definitely channels Christopher Reeves and I absolutely can’t wait to pair him with the Adam West Batman ‘66. Hopefully we’ll see a Lynda Carter Wonder Woman announced soon.

Thursday was already going to be a busy pre-order day already but the window opening for this iconic version of The Man of Steel from the classic Superman the Movie.

I hope the 1978 Superman gets some company with a Lois Lane, Lex Luthor and possibly the Phantom Zone trio. Or maybe McFarlane will wait for the Superman II wave?
