New McFarlane DC Multiverse ‘78 Superman, Simon Baz up for pre-order
The newest DC Multiverse line of 1978 Superman, Simon Baz, Grid and Mr. Terrific are now up for pre-order at my affiliates Amazon and Entertainment Earth.
I’m looking forward to grabbing most of these figures and I kinda dig adding Grid to the Crime Syndicate section of the display. I am very happy to finally get a well-articulated version of Simon Baz.

Grid was a software program that gathered information for Cyborg. The program grew and evolved into a living computer virus. In its new, malevolent form, this sentient form of artificial intelligence attacked the Justice League, forming an alliance with Earth-3’s Crime Syndicate. Mr. Terrific
Just when I was starting to get a little nervous with the three face plates all having the New 52 red, the platinum version shows the classic Mr. Terrific outfit and paintjob.

Simon Baz
As a Muslim growing up in Michigan, Simon Baz was often the target of bigotry. After he lost his job at an automotive plant, Simon started stealing cars to make ends meet. One night he stole a van, and discovered a ticking bomb inside the vehicle. After a high-speed chase he was taken into custody as a suspected terrorist. Amid harsh interrogation by federal agents, a power ring sought Baz out, conferring on him the abilities and responsibilities of a Green Lantern. A reluctant Super Hero, Baz considered the selection a mistake, but sought to do his best to help people.
