G.I. Joe #2 follows up the shocking debut issue with more unexpected moments with the arrival of Cobra Commander’s latest secret force. Joshua Williamson, Tom Reilly, Jordie Bellaire and Rus Wooton keep the Joe corner of the Energon Universe rolling strong in another fantastic installment.
