In one of the underrated great stories during the Wally West Flash era is the Dark Flash, New Kid in Town arc. McFarlane Toys delivers an awesome deep cut with this figure though as always I’m torn if the figure would stand out even more with white in place of silver.

The third figure in this wave is Tempest based on his current day appearance, including Titans. Tempest adds another member to the Titans roster, which has become a pretty complete team now.
