JKL: Granted, the comic outfit is just a guy in a T-shirt and pants, but this is a case where I appreciated designers James Acheson and Katina Le Kerr playing it simple and not coming up with some goofy bizarre sand creature motif. Hmmmnn…

GP: It was a smart choice for the costume designers Acheson and Le Kerr to keep it simple. Their attention to detail is commendable too – like they even altered Church’s hairline to match Flint Marko’s. At the same time, it does seem like an easy translation to make from the comic to the movie, so it might not be as impressive as some other costumes.
